We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance (Webex DI) Engineer. This is a contract position worked remotely within the state of Texas.
You must currently reside in the state of Texas to be considered
If selected for the position, your roles and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following :
- Configuring phone devices in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
- Provisioning and registering registered mobile devices
- Analyzing CUCM reports
- Configuration of Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
- Configuration of Skinny Client Control Protocols / Media Gateway Protocols (SCCP / MGCP) analog gateway(s)
- Configuration of Cisco Unified Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) / Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST) routers.
- Troubleshooting and Debugging issues as they arise
Requirements :
- 2 yrs. prior work experience in the following areas :
- CUCM
- Webex Control Hub
- Cisco Internetworking Operating System Extended (IOS-XE)
- 2 years prior work experience configuring the following :
- SCCP / MGCP
- SIP / SRST routers
