A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking an experienced LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator to join their state-of-the-art facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
In this role, you will have an opportunity to lead a dynamic team of manufacturing professionals and grow within an industry leading organization.
The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following responsibilities :
- Lead all LEAN manufacturing initiatives within the plant
- Provide coaching to plant staff in LEAN principles
- Implement and monitor plant KPI's
- Collaborate with plant department leaders as necessary
- Schedule plant production operations
The LEAN Manufacturing Coordinator will have the following qualifications :
- 3-5 years' experience leading LEAN manufacturing initiatives at a manufacturing plant
- Bachelor's degree a plus
- Demonstrated leadership ability within a manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma and LEAN Manufacturing certifications a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
