Monday-Friday 4 AM-Until completion of work

Current Need :

Our Distribution Center is looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Material Handler associate to join our team. ?This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of being a fun, yet high-paced and professional work environment.

Day to day you will be helping our team improve on the overall process of the building and the individual team member.

Responsibilities :

• Process, package and store supplies, materials, and equipment
• Audits goods received into the warehouse
• Oversee Shipments of Materials
• Lead department of 26-33 team members
• Prepare and Coordinate schedules for shipping and receiving materials
• May have the ability to mentor less-experienced peers and assist supervisors (15- 30 employees)
• Perform Inventory related functions
• Support areas within the DC as needed for coverage

Minimum Qualifications :

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of leadership experience
• Strong compute skills
• Strong written / verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, excel and PowerPoint
• Must be self-driven and able to work in fast-pace environment.
• Time Management - Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Skills :

• Must have good coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable speaking in a group setting
• Must be able to collaborate with other departments.
• Must have Receiving, Inbound, and Outbound experience.
• High energy, motivated, and promotes a positive team environment.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.
• Must be willing or know how to use various power equipment.
