Are you looking to expand your medical office experience? Dayton Physicians Network is looking to add a Support Associate - Front Office to our independently owned Urology practice!

Summary :

The Front Office Support Associate provides support to all functions within the medical office. Duties to include, but are not limited to : answer and route incoming calls; patient check in and out; collect co-payments / deductibles; update patient demographic information, schedule appointments; pull, file, scan medical records; various administrative tasks as required.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, eight hour shifts

No evenings, weekends or holidays!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Required Education and / or Experience :

Requires a High School Diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of previous experience working in a Medical Office or administrative position, 2-3 years' experience is preferred.
