Parts Administrator - Southfield Michigan

Job Title : Parts Administrator Location : Onsite at 24050 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI 48075 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with some overtime every 6 months for inventory.

Overview : Applied Innovation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Southfield parts department as a Parts Administrator.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities : Efficiently receive and ship parts to ensure timely delivery and service. Process core returns for various manufacturers, maintaining compliance with company standards.

Support Parts Department personnel by managing parts inventory, including restocking Service Technicians’ fleet vehicles.

Create and manage purchase orders, gathering necessary information on parts required for Service Technicians and clients.

Accurately receive orders in our software system, ensuring precise inventory tracking and processing warranty claims. Proactively resolve concerns related to parts availability to maintain workflow.

Order and maintain supplies for technicians and the warehouse to optimize operations. Respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s objectives. Qualifications : Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Dependable and professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent is required.
