Role reports to : Head of Global Technical Delivery

Location : Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel : 20% Domestic and or International Travel

Pay : Anticipated base pay range of $111,000 to $192,050

What you will do

The Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for executing key R&D projects and critical deliverables in partnership with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor, and execution excellence.

This role will execute a defined work scope and support problem solving across key R&D technical deliverables. This role will coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility.

This role will strategically deliver innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers, and technical project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellence
  • Ensure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirements
  • Track and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholders
  • Execute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholders
  • Support risk mitigation on key projects once identified
  • Leverage data to evaluate project success against key metrics
  • Manage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achieved
  • Manage technical resources and budget allocation for projects

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 6 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projects
  • R&D / Scientific experience AND OR Technical operations experience
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry or research and development
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomes
  • Skilled at driving difficult conversations
  • Ability to travel up to 20% Domestic and or International

Desired Qualifications

  • Technical Delivery R&D project experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Previous experience with agile methodologies
  • Technical Delivery experience within Skin Health & Beauty, Self-Care, and or Essential Health
