We are looking for CNAs and HHAs who can work FT / PT hours, weekdays, and / or weekends in Burnet, Blano and Llano counties.

As a CNA or HHA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

• Have the opportunity to participate in our Nurse Delegation program
• Provide clients with ADL’s as directed, but not limited to bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Assist with IADL’s by helping clients enjoy crafts, hobbies, decorating, and outings
• Assist with Hoyer lifts and other mobility devices
• Assist client medication reminders in accordance with their care plan
• Assist with light housekeeping and monitoring safety hazards
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and health care visits

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years CNA or HHA experience
• Active CNA or HHA Certification (not expired)
• Current CPR & First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Negative TB test and drug screen
• COVID-19 Vaccinations
• Pass criminal record and background check
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Spanish language fluency is a plus

Starting Pay : $17.00 per hour
