STAFFING - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / SALES MANAGER (Hybrid)

FUNCTION : Generate sales to contribute to the branch’s overall revenue, gross profit, and net profit.

REPORTS TO : Owner / Strategic-Partner and / or Branch Manager

WHAT IS THE BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB?

  • Generate temporary service sales by developing new client relationships.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales, gross margin, and profit targets.
  • Foster relationships with new clients.
  • Maintain relationships at the critical decision-maker level with high potential accounts.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but can be substituted for similar experience.
  • H.S. Diploma or GED is required of all employees.
  • One plus year experience in outside sales.
  • Experience selling to all levels of staff at corporate clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with Google Drive, MS Office and various other softwares.

LANGUAGE SKILLS :

  • Must be able to communicate English fluently in writing and verbally. Spanish is a PLUS!
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret procedures outlined in company policies.
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions or complaints from managers, clients, employees and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS :

Basic math skills, including : addition, subtraction, division and percentages.

REASONING ABILITY :

Ability to make independent decisions and exercise sound judgement and discretion according to company policies and to ensure profitability.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : This is a desk job and no manual labor is required. However, limited physical demands incidental to an office environment will be incurred.

Base Salary Range : $40-60K + BENEFITS + COMMISSION

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
