We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School to lead our educational institution at Montessori Kids Universe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior leadership, classroom management, and curriculum development.
Duties
- Provide visionary leadership to the school community
- Manage and supervise school staff effectively
- Oversee curriculum development and implementation
- Conduct public speaking engagements on behalf of the school
- Develop and manage the school's budget
- Ensure a high standard of education for all students
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting
- Strong background in classroom management and curriculum development
- Excellent public speaking skills
- Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively
- Experience working with students at various academic levels
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management for educational institutions
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
