Job Description
Acts, in conjunction with the Labor Senior Advisor, as a labor relations subject matter expert, consistent with OSU’s overall labor relations (union) and human resources strategy, and develops and implements proactive solutions to labor relations needs.
Mitigates potential impact of labor issues and cultivates positive employee relations for alignment and consistency, while driving accountability within the area of responsibility.
Additional responsibilities include but may not be limited to supporting the collective bargaining process, developing and coordinating relevant contract proposals, supporting the arbitration process, and potentially responding to unfair labor practice charges.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4 years of collective bargaining experience.
