Responsibilities include :
This role is focused on boosting firm-wide productivity and minimizing disruptions. You will handle the analysis, recommendation, and deployment of desktop / laptop environments and manage software and driver lifecycles.
Your work will enhance our client service culture and drive continuous improvement in IT operations.
Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience with SCCM / MECM and Configuration Manager
- 3+ years of Office365 / Active Directory; software packaging and deployment
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and endpoint systems
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows OS 10 / 11, Citrix, PowerShell, etc
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex challenges.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
