PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client is seeking an Accounting Assistant / Billing for a great company. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.

- Answer phones and greet visitors, guest, customers
- Respond to emails, faxes and respond to any customer requests he / she is capable of handling.
- Send invoices to customers and clients
- Maintain proper records of billing
- Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Prepare bills, invoices, and customer reports
- Prepare, process and send weekly invoices
- Prepare biweekly timesheets for supervisory approval prior to forwarding to Payroll.
- Process expense accounts
- Document account status and changes on clients' accounts.
- Other duties as requested.
Qualifications :
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Billing experience
- 3+ years office administration and / or receptionist experience
- Excellent phone, verbal communication, spelling and grammar skills.
- Ability to multitask, be organized and detail oriented.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suites.
- English and Spanish is a plus.
Must be able to submit to a background check and a drug screen
