YOUR ROLE
The Customer Engagement Expert role will be directly involved in the coordination, creation, and execution of customer-facing presentation materials.
Your knowledge of branding and strong communication skills will directly impact CEVA's customer experience and support business acquisition efforts.
This role requires collaboration with internal teams to bring a presentation strategy to fruition. You also have an eye for design and can help craft content within PowerPoint to align with CEVA's brand positioning.
You'll be helping establish the Presentations-Focused team within Customer Engagement. Presentation project execution : Lead process alongside opportunity owner to guide project team through preparation for meeting, execution, and supporting materials for new business opportunities and existing customer business reviewsLead creation of presentation- materials must be on-brand with CEVA (must be willing to work in PowerPoint, Microsoft 365.
Adobe skills a plus.)Conceptualizes original content to develop presentation materialsResearch of client / understanding of opportunity as needed to develop materialsLead organizational efforts for materials & content updatesCommunicate regularly with Proposals Manager for consistency across materials, messagingSome travel required, as needed, for customer meetings and internal collaboration (10%-20%)WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
