Job Summary : The Security Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for the management of this account. This role supports the Strategic Manager and contributes to implementing strategies that aim to meet the client needs and achieve client satisfaction, collaboration with operations team, and long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities :
- Loss Prevention / Security
- Basic knowledge of the Security and Loss Prevention industry. Investigations knowledge is a plus.
- Revenue Retention and Expansion :
- Retain and grow the assigned key account.
- Client Relationship Building :
- Build and nurture strong relationships internally, assisting the Strategic Account Manager
- Learn and understand goals, needs, and expectations to ensure successful collaboration.
- Collaborative Communication :
- Assist the Strategic Account Manager with duties
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to relay requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem Solving :
- Support in identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Learn to troubleshoot challenges and contribute to timely solutions ensuring a positive client experience.
- Account Analysis :
- Analyze account performance and identify growth opportunities based on needs.
- Contribute to the development of strategies to optimize account.
- Reporting and Documentation :
- Generate regular reports on account status and performance.
- Conduct QBR / ABRs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, agreements, and progress.
- Customer Satisfaction :
- Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
- Seek feedback and actively participate in enhancing the client experience.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice and / or business, or a related field.
- Entry-level professional experience in operations management and support.
- Supply Chain and Security / Loss Prevention background is a must.
- Investigations is a plus.
- LPQ / CFI Preferred
- A willingness to learn and develop skills in client relationship management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- An eagerness to assist in managing account.
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
