Remote Technician Responsibilities :
- Enhance customer service while achieving sales goals.
- Operate a company van for repairs within your designated area.
- Ensure legal and safety compliance in vans.
- Travel up to 100% to visit customers.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot / repair devices.
- Manage inventory and coordinate same-day pick-up logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, self-manage in a fast-paced environment.

To Apply - Remote Technician :
- 1+ year sales experience.
- 6+ months electronics troubleshooting, along with hands-on screen replacement experience.
- Work schedule : 4 days per week, 10 hours per day (40 hours / week). Must be willing to work weekends (Saturday and / or Sunday) as part of the regular schedule with rotating days off.
- Background check (driver license, criminal and drug test).
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office.
