We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon! As a Refractive Wavelight Manager , one will be trusted to work on selling full product mix of WaveLight Refractive products based in the assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities :
Achieve the sales objectives for capital equipment (excimer / femtosecond lasers / diagnostics) and procedural sales goals assigned to the territory.
Efficiently and responsibly manage all assigned accounts.
- Routinely work in conjunction with other Refractive Team members to quickly generate sales, provide installation, improve clinical outcomes, and improve business outcomes.
- Handle expenses within prescribed guidelines and implement marketing plans.
What you can bring to Alcon :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience

Travel Requirements : 50%
