Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Desktop Support Engineer.

As a Desktop Support Engineer : The Sr. IT Engineer position is a vital member of our IT organization. As such, this position will support existing infrastructure, processes, and operating procedures to IT Services to our dynamically growing business.

Responsibilities :

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate technology platforms and data operations.
• Train and mentor colleagues to contribute to the development of a cohesive and flexible operational team.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Act with sensitivity and alignment to the needs of our colleagues as well as the Company's goals.

Qualifications :

• Direct experience with Oracle, VMware, JD Edwards, Cisco hardware, Dell Hardware, Linux, Windows Domains, and Data center architecture will be an advantage during the hiring process.
• Proven and demonstrable experience as a senior Information Systems Engineer with a diverse professional background.
• Exceptional knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of technology platform hardware and software.
• expertise in data center management and data governance (including Cloud and Hybrid approaches)
• Firsthand experience with network technologies, network administration, and network installation.
• Ability to manage a diverse and globally positioned set of relationships with peers, colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Sensitivity to the needs of our Multi Cultural environment while at the same time being a positive agent of change.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :

Pay Range* : $80K - $85K

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
