Pay Rate : $43k - $52k / year plus commissions on sales! Our average inside salesperson earns $75k - $80k / year, including base and commissions!

Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience with inside / direct sales
- Highly organized with good follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in HVAC sales is preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software programs
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to offer solutions to our clients
