The Elder Agency is a full-service multi-line insurance agency where we sell Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life Insurance.
We help train and guide EXPERIENCED future agency owners through a 6-month program propelling you into Agency Ownership! If you are ready to own your own business but are lacking the mentor program to take you to the next level, look NO further!
We will help grow your skills in the following :
- Strong Sales Skills and practices to make an elite agency
- Develop effective customer service skills to service existing clients
- Proficient Managerial knowledge to manage a team of agents
- Help to build an effective Business Plan
Must be Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed in TX
Successfully completing this program will waive all required Start Up Fees set by the company to be approved to own an agency.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Meet a minimum quota monthly for future agency owner sales goals
Requirements
- Must be Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed in TX
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing.
