We are seeking a Director, Sales Programs with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
The individual will develop sales enablement tools to support our pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating outbound prospecting campaigns, target contact lists, and nurturing messaging.
The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define world-class strategies and programs to engage and convert prospects and customers, leveraging the work of the greater team to scale pilot programs and drive impact.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales programs to build pipeline, engage leads, event registration and convert prospects as we drive towards revenue targets and sales goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and product marketing teams to drive key initiatives and programs.
- Continuously improve processes surrounding campaign ideation, creation, sales participation, and expectation setting through various stages of pipeline development.
- Manage multiple projects with clear deliverables and develop a steady cadence of communication across the sales team.
- Coordinate with the sales teams to ensure proper lead qualification and movement through the pipeline, timely lead follow-up, and proper documentation of customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and develop training programs to improve the sales team's performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align the sales pipeline with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimize program execution and deployment process to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in sales program management, specifically focused in sales pipeline programs.
- Ability to work across GTM teams with an understanding of Sales processes from lead generation through deal closure.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, along with Sales leadership.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive informed decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and create innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
