Job Description :

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior .NET Lead Developer with proficiency in React to lead our software development team.

As a Senior .NET Lead Developer, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions using the .

NET framework and React. You will provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team, ensuring the successful execution of software projects.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions using the .NET framework and React for front-end development.
• Domain expert with deep understanding of how CDO / CLO ecosystem works.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of .NET developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product managers to define technical requirements, project scope, and solution architecture.
• Drive the integration of React for front-end development within the .NET ecosystem, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal performance.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the development team, promoting the adoption of new technologies, tools, and best practices.
• Perform code reviews, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize software applications for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Stay updated with the latest .NET and React technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, incorporating relevant knowledge into development processes.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior .NET Developer, with a strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a software development environment, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Expertise in designing and developing scalable and high-performance web applications, APIs, and microservices using the .

NET framework and React for front-end development.

• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building robust and maintainable software solutions.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript, Angular, or Vue.js, with a focus on integrating React within the .NET ecosystem.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and ORM frameworks (Entity Framework, Dapper, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a proactive approach to staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert are advantageous.
