Job Details for Part Time Receptionist :
Schedule : Monday : 3pm-9pm, Wednesday : 3pm-830pm, Thursday : 3pm-830pm, Saturday 9am-2pm.
Location : Princeton and Lawrenceville NJ
- Pay : $20-$21 / hr
- Temp until end of year
Job Responsibilities for Part Time Receptionist :
- Keep shared scholarship tracking Excel document and Raiser's Edge fund records up-to-date.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid to monitor that scholarships are awarded and available funds
- expended according to established parameters and spending policy. Troubleshoot when needed
- to prioritize the more time-sensitive awards. When appropriate, identify potential scholarship
- candidates in conjunction with campus leadership.
- Ensure scholarship recipients are informed regarding their scholarships and, to the extent
- possible, solicit information from them to share with donors. Oversee the work of the Graduate
- Assistant in tracking student outreach.
- Generate annual financial report letters and recipient report letters utilizing annual scholarship
- financial and recipient data from financial data and Raiser's Edge constituent data using Word
- merge.
Job Requirements for Part Time Receptionist :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years reception experience
