NOW HIRING : Receptionist
Receptionist Responsibilities :
- Greet residents, visitors, and staff with a welcoming smile
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Manage scheduling for appointments and visits
- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized
- Provide assistance and information to residents and their families
Receptionist Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and compassionate demeanor
- Experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus
