Restaurant Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Leader
We are seeking a results-driven, disciplined Chef de Cuisine who has a passion for great food and the ability to produce consistent, flawless dishes in a fast-paced environment.
As the Chef de Cuisine, you will be the leader of our kitchen team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and consistency.
Your focus will be on execution, ensuring that every dish meets our exacting standards.
We want you to have :
- 3-5+ years of Full Service Kitchen Management Experience
- Previous Chef de Cuisine Experience strongly preferred
- Ability to train, develop and motivate culinary team members
- Experience managing food costs and menu ordering
