Overview

Job Summary :

SAVA is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background in facilities project management to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects in a secure environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the satisfactory and timely completion of all contract requirements, while providing professional project management expertise to designated projects and assignments at the client site.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Program Management : Leads and manages programs of similar size and scope, ensuring the successful design, planning, and execution of facilities projects.

This includes mechanical, electrical, civil, industrial, and architectural applications, as well as associated administrative and budgetary control responsibilities.

Leadership and Personnel Management : Provides on-site leadership for the project team, building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and achieves project milestones.

Problem-Solving and Innovation : Demonstrates a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, fostering teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Risk Management : Identifies and manages risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring proactive mitigation and adherence to compliance requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement : Effectively communicates in a positive and proactive manner with team members, customer employees, and vendors to foster a culture of teamwork and demonstrate our commitment to collaborative values.

Compliance and Procedures : Ensures compliance with all company and customer policies, regulations, and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.

Resource Coordination : Plans, organizes, coordinates, implements, directs, and controls the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to effectively execute projects.

Reporting and Documentation : Maintains accurate project documentation and provides regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Quality Assurance : Implements and maintains robust quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.

Safety and Budget Management : Promotes a culture of safety, complying with health, safety, and environmental regulations, while also tracking and controlling project costs to optimize budgetary allocations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 3 years of facilities project management experience, with documented experience in managing multi-discipline, complex coordination efforts within a "United States Government Facility" facility of at least 300,000 sq.

ft. or a facility with a mission-critical requirement.

Associate's degree and 5 years of facilities project management experience, with documented experience in managing multi-discipline, complex coordination efforts within a "United States Government Facility" facility of at least 300,000 sq.

ft. or a facility with a mission-critical requirement.

7 years of facilities project management experience, with documented experience in managing multi-discipline, complex coordination efforts within a "United States Government Facility" facility of at least 300,000 sq.

ft. or a facility with a mission-critical requirement.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management of similar size and scope.

Minimum of 5 years of experience on contracts in a secure environment of similar size and scope, exceeding $5,000,000 annual contract size.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing personnel of similar quantity and scope.

Possess at least one of the following certificates : FMA BOMI, RPA BOMI, PMP PMI, FMP, CFM IFMA.

Active DoD TS clearance
