We're seeking a Client Success Representative to be the single point of contact for orders within our Fulfillment Centers.
As a self-starter with strong organization and time management skills, you'll proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests.
You'll work collaboratively across departments to support and fulfill requests, build, and maintain relationships, and provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.
Accurate documentation is essential, as is the ability to read and understand technical information. You must be able to support a balanced position between client needs and organizational needs and have proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong Excel skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively acknowledge and complete daily inquiries and work requests.
- Works inter-departmentally to support and successfully fulfill requests.
- Build and maintain relationships.
- Provide feedback on processes, efficiency, and quality.
- Responsible for accurate documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to succeed
- High school diploma and relevant work experience within the IT or Software industry; college degree preferred.
- The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently.
- They must be an effective multitasker with strong organization and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments is essential.
- The ability to identify and use resources to achieve deliverables is needed.
- The ability to read and understand documents and technical information is critical.
- Must be decisive and be able to support a balanced position between client needs and organizational needs.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a strong Excel skillset.
