The Adult Float Pool at Salem Hospital is a team of nurses and CNAs who float throughout our acute care and critical care units.
These highly trained nurses and CNAs develop a wide knowledge base and are able to provide care to a wide range of different diagnoses.
The team prides themselves on providing exceptional care every time to each of their patients. You will be constantly challenged to think creatively about how to drive patient care results, stay updated on current trends and practices, and share learnings with team and other health care colleagues.

Background / Expertise :
- Requires BSN or BAN or non-nursing Bachelor’s Degree with MSNORADN with an agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.
- ADN with 5+ years of experience not required to get BSN.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience required.
- Current BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association required.
