Role Impact : As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of our client's projects.
Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and growth of the company, ensuring that each project is completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documents to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
- Utilize your proficiency in HCSS estimating software to deliver precise project estimations.
- Oversee all phases of the contract, from bidding and start-up to construction and closeout.
- Ensure effective job packaging, scheduling, cost & job tracking, and permitting.
- Maintain strong communication with field personnel to address RFIs, change orders, and technical issues.
Candidate Profile :
- Educational Background : Preferred Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional Experience : Minimum of five to eight years in heavy civil / project experience with a General Contractor specialty.
- Personal Attributes : Highly motivated, dedicated, with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
- Additional Requirements : Proficiency in Heavy Bid Estimating Software, Primavera, Suretrack Software, Agtek, and MS Office.
