Growing and dynamic logistic transportation company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Dispatcher's / Customer Service Rep's who can work 32-40 hours per work to cover day / swing / nights shifts for Weekday / Weekends.

TRAINING / SHIFT / HOURS :

Training Schedule : Monday- Friday between the hours of 10am-7pm

Work Schedule : Monday - Thursday between 4pm to 10pm (this is a common needed coverage shift)

Friday (mostly off this day)

Sat and Sun : open all day (day / swing / night shift to have open availability to cover shifts of others if call out or additional support is needed

Hours would be between 30-40 hours weekly (32 hours normally)

Job Duties :

• Assist fleet manager with drivers (Talking to the driver)
• Assist fleet manager with planning schedule for drivers
• Data entry - Updating our system with dispatch information
• Calling and communicating with drivers
• Communicating with customers and customer service personnel
• Order repairs or road service if required
• Flexibility is needed in this role. Additional responsibilities, as necessary
