About this role :

We are looking for a Cloud and Infrastructure Sales Leader to join our team and drive the growth of our cloud and infrastructure business in Manufacturing space.

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers and partners in the market, and forging VP / CXO-level relationships with strategic accounts.

Role Details : AVP - Sales Specialist - Cloud Infra Services

Location : Detroit, Chicago, Central or East

To be successful in this role, you should have :

  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience , of which 10 years of experience in selling cloud and infrastructure solutions and managing large accounts.

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and growing market share.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Cisco, etc.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

As a Cloud and Infrastructure Sales Leader, you will :

  • Forge CXO-level relationships with strategic accounts and influence their cloud and infrastructure vision and roadmap.
  • Run end-to-end lead generation, sales, and RFI / RFP processes for specific solution.
  • Develop and implement Account Growth strategy and business plans that coordinate with account teams to integrate with the account’s larger growth plan.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as presales, delivery, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales activities.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers and strategic partners.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast using CRM tools and analytics.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the cloud and infrastructure domain.
