A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Chart Review Operations to oversee the Chart Review team, which includes certified medical coders and RNs who perform claim reviews.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage operations activities for the Chart Review team and ensure efficient workflowProvide guidance and support for continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance programsCoordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliverablesRequired QualificationsRHIA, RHIT, CCS-P, COC, or CPC Coding Credential3+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching and development of staff3+ years of experience in reviewing / auditing professional and / or facility medical claimsExperience with reimbursement policy and claims software analysisNavigation and edit resolution experience through various web-based systems
