Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement Risk Partners captive strategy while achieving revenue targets.
  • Lead education and sales support initiatives for Risk Partners and Holman producers to effectively promote and market captive products.
  • Support Risk Partners overall objective of enhancing the knowledge and utilization of captives throughout Holman Enterprises as part of the organizations' overall sales and retention strategy.
  • Capitalize on market and economic trends to develop new propositions and new market solutions to meet deficiencies in the commercial and reinsurance market.
  • Identification of target customers and business segments for Risk Partners consulting and on-going management capabilities.
  • Represent Risk Partners at industry conferences (attending and speaking).
  • Provide ongoing strategic review of captive insurance company clients.
  • Support the Risk Partners team with new business implementation.
  • Work with VP-Business Development to engage with existing clients and broker network.
  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements :

Education and / or Training :

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • CPA, CPCU, ARM, ACI or related designation preferred
  • Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

Relevant Work Experience :

  • 3-5+ years' experience, including 2+ at a leadership level
  • Has breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced work environment
  • Applies management expertise to set direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to employees in own area of responsibility or department
  • Adapts area / departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
  • Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning resources; may manage allocated budget
  • Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and department or business plan; receives guidance from manager
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Anticipates and interprets customer needs to identify solutions
  • Effectively coaches, gives performance feedback and provides development opportunities within own area of responsibility or department

Pay :

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $84,160.

00 - $122,030.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
