Raytheon Company is looking for a Material Program Manager to join the Advanced Technology Strategic Business Unit (AT SBU) team to support the Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors Portfolio with a primary focus on our Next Generation Sensors programs.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can develop and achieve program objectives in a matrix environment and is able to successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

This position supports product development efforts that require the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment.

Occasional domestic travel to Raytheon, customer and supplier facilities required.

What You Will Do :

Developing and executing Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans

Support all program, SBU, and company level financial requirements

Manage material budgets and report out via EACs on supported programs

Planning and executing sourcing decisions and support the Make / Buy / Where process

Assisting with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)

Generating Supplier Request for Information / Proposals / Quotes (RFIs / RFPs / RFQs) and obtaining and understanding supplier proposals / quotes

Generating and processing Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests.

Driving Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement / management

Participating in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance

Qualifications You Must Have :

Typically requires : A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer :

Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related field

Earned Value (EV) certified

Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SOWs)

Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and / or Procurement processes and requirements

Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)

Ability to support complex product development efforts

Active and transferable U.S. government issued TOP SECRET security clearance

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
