Job Description :
We are looking for a skilled Manual Machinist with experience in OD / ID grinding and ID single pointing of threads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing precision parts and maintaining high standards of quality.
Skills :
- Perform outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) grinding to achieve precise dimensions and finishes.
- Execute ID single pointing for various types and classes of threads, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Inspect and measure finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist.
- Proficiency in operating manual lathes and milling machines, OD / ID grinding, and ID single pointing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in machining operations.
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude, math skills.
- Set up and operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
