We are a rapidly expanding, publicly traded manufacturing company located in the Houston area. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager of International Tax with 10-15 years of U.
S. international tax expertise. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week on-site.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee U.S. international tax operations across up to ten countries.
- Participate in tax provisioning.
- Manage outsourced tax teams and one direct report.
- Prepare and assist with quarterly and annual tax provisions.
- Handle international tax issues related to audits.
- Ensure tax compliance and assist with transfer pricing as needed.
- Provide tax analysis for M&A activities.
- Identify and implement tax planning strategies to minimize tax exposure.
Qualifications :
- 10-15 years of experience in U.S. international tax.
- Recent experience at a publicly traded company.
- Background in both corporate and public accounting.
- Proven ability to start contributing immediately.
Preferred Qualifications :
- CPA certification.
- Master’s degree in Taxation.
