you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

• Coordinate daily activities of project staff, construction trades, and subcontractors.-Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.-Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules, providing regular updates to management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.-Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.-Assist in the selection, training, and supervision of project staff.

The ideal candidate should possess : -Proven experience as a Project Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in the construction industry.

• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and best practices.-Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and field drawings.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.-Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Construction Software experience (email, word processing, spreadsheet, ProCore, BlueBeam, etc.).-Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screeing.-A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
