Major responsibilities
- Manage high volume of incoming calls and emails
- Identify, assess and fulfill customers' needs by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customer base.
- Provide assistance to customers and potential customers who come to the sales counter for information.
- Provides support to assigned Field Sales Representative
The ideal Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education.
Other requirements for the Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative position include and are not limited to :
- 1+ years or customer service experience
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team member
- Strong oral and written communication skills are required along with the ability to effectively interface with external contacts
