Summary
We are seeking a best in class Heavy Equipment Operator with a strong work ethic and desire to be an integral part of an effective team .
The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position
- Operate Front Loader, Dump Truck, Backhoe, Bull Dozer, Water Truck, Articulating Truck and any other equipment used in handling of clay material
- Perform general utility work
- Perform maintenance on equipment
Skills and Experience Required for Success
- Previous experience in a non-climate controlled production environment
- Ability to stand and walking up to 2 miles
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds of force in sweeping and shoveling
- Ability to wear PPE (personal protection equipment) required and provided

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND / OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
