Global Atlantic is looking for an Analyst for its Investment Operations Credit Team in Brighton, Massachusetts.
The role involves overseeing cash reconciliation for the Private Credit Portfolio. The new team member will be joining the Credit Asset Management team.
Strong communication skills and a high analytical ability are required, along with the capacity to handle diverse tasks under pressure.
Key responsibilities will include :
- Assist with daily publishing and reconciling of cash ledgers for Private Credit Portfolio.
- Ensure the accurate and comprehensive processing of loan reference data and loan activity in the Wall Street Office administration system.
- Communicate with Agent Banks to enquire about the status of any missing or overdue payments.
- Contact trustees with supporting documents to facilitate the application of unapplied wires.
- Collaborate with members of the front offices to work through complex amendments to private credit loans.
- Research and resolve complex cash and position discrepancies.
- Assist with managing the offshore support team.
- Participate in company-wide projects with a diverse set of responsibilities including preparing and making presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of FX trading, ClearPar and / or loan experience.
- Wall Street Office and ClearPar experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.
- Eagerness to learn and self-motivated to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and dynamic team environment.
- Ability to multi-task multiple high-priority responsibilities.
- Ambition and desire to succeed by delivering quality and effective results.
- Positive attitude even when faced with difficult obstacles, issues, or challenges.
- Out of the box thinking and a creative entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VBA, Visio, Tableau, or Alteryx experience a plus).
