Duties :
- Engage in direct communication, both verbal and written, with clients, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
- Efficiently handle deliverables, manage phone correspondence, and respond to client inquiries promptly.
- Produce high-quality, accurate legal work and meet all required deadlines.
- Maintain strong professional relationships and foster a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and best practices.
- Participate in both virtual and in-person meetings as necessary, including extended periods of computer work.
- Handle the pressure of a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Perform other related tasks and projects as assigned by the firm.
Requirements :
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in lender-side representation for commercial finance matters.
- Experience working with banks or private credit funds, focusing on loans to technology, life sciences, or middle-market companies.
- Prior experience with an AmLaw 100 firm is preferred.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Admission to the California Bar.
Skills :
- Strong analytical and writing abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Sound business judgment and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Superior oral and written communication skills, along with effective research and problem-solving capabilities.
- Conceptual thinker with the ability to influence and persuade others.
