JC White Law Group seeks an attorney with some litigation or bankruptcy experience for an associate attorney position at a litigation boutique.
Our firm has a niche law practice focused on high-stakes cases involving finance, bankruptcy, fraud, and unfair trade practices.
Our firm’s practice involves complex litigation and business bankruptcy, and if hired you will work in both of these areas.

Successful applicants will :
- be admitted to the North Carolina Bar,
- have strong writing and communications skills and a demonstrated interest in the mission of the firm.

Compensation is competitive, with a base salary plus performance-based pay and bonuses. We offer benefits including full health care, 401(k) CLE allowance, bar admissions, disability insurance.
