Senior Experience Designer

Job Overview :

We are looking for a Sr. Experience Designer who will support and collaborate with multidisciplinary individuals on CX improvement initiatives using human-centered, design thinking methodologies.

This is a role focused on crafting holistic, omni-channel experience designs. This role will support opportunity framing, structure and run research programs, workshops, and concept explorations as well as prototype potential products and services.

This year, Marvin launched the Marvin Connected Home windows, which was a design strategy developed and tested from scratch by this team.

Highlights of your role :

Plan, conduct, and interpret primary and secondary research (qualitative and quantitative) to gain context and advise on project deliverables.

Research methods include user and business stakeholder interviews, concept validation, and usability testing.

• Plan and coordinate collaborative workshops and work sessions with internal Marvin stakeholders and external teams, and lead sections as appropriate.
• Experience distilling business, customer, and partner insights into digestible components for the broader design team.
• Responsible for the creation of experience artifacts including experience strategies, archetypes, customer journeys, service blueprints, ecosystems, design artifacts, project briefs, prototypes to elevate the project vision and carry it forward.
• Test ideas by crafting immersive prototypes and learning from real users. Learnings are the foundation for strategic initiatives.
• Responsible for crafting compelling and visual customer narratives to build empathy and evoke action amongst key stakeholders, including leadership.

Also want to make sure you have :

• Bachelor’s degree in a Design related field, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of broad experience in the design space and are capable of self-management to high level design goals.

May have had a different job title, such as UX Consultant , Sr. UX Designer , Service Designer , Product Designer , Product Manager among others.)
