Responsibilities :
As an Appliance Repair Technician you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by providing highquality maintenance services for our customers appliances.
Here are your primary responsibilities :
- Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
- Provide cost estimates for repairs.
- Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed.
- Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
- Collect payment for work performed .
Qualifications :
- 2 years of proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- EPA certification is a plus
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record and at least 18 years old
Benefits & Pay :
The pay range for this position is $2030 per hour depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
