Job Title : Turret Operator
Pay : $20.00 - $ 22.00 / HR
Shift : 1 : 45 PM - 9 : 45 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Machine Setup and Operation : Setting up the turret punch press machine according to specifications, loading materials, and selecting the appropriate tooling for each job.
- Reading Blueprints and Specifications : Interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders to determine material requirements and machine settings.
- Material Handling : Loading and unloading sheet metal materials onto the machine, ensuring proper alignment and positioning for accurate punching.
- Quality Control : Monitoring the production process to ensure that the finished parts meet quality standards and specifications, and making adjustments as necessary
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Performing routine maintenance on the punch press machine, troubleshooting any operational issues, and ensuring the machine operates efficiently.
Required Work Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Turret Operator
- Ability to Read and Understand Blueprints
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience
- Forklift Experience Required
