About the role
We are looking for a Rooms Division Assistant Manager who is passionate in providing only the highest levels of customer service.
This position reports to our Director of Rooms. Work authorization for this location is required.
What you will do
Supervises a given shift at the Front Desk. Directs staff that performs the following duties and will also perform these duties on own : welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining the accommodation and establishing credit or method of payment.
Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you bring
College Degree or equivalent experience.
Two years previous hotel management experience, preferably in the front office.
Requires a working knowledge of the Front Desk and Concierges services, policies or operations and general knowledge of Housekeeping, the hotel and area.
It requires knowledge for the ability to operate computer equipment and the reservations system.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Tuberculosis Clearance
Maui Liquor License
