What's your day like?
As a Community Manager at Pheasant Run Apartments, your daily responsibilities will include overseeing property operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors, and addressing any resident concerns with a customer-centric approach.
You'll be expected to manage the leasing process, coordinate maintenance requests, and maintain compliance with community policies.
Daily tasks may involve conducting property tours, organizing community events, and fostering positive relationships within the community.
Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasionally, you may need to work some Saturdays based on occupancy and community events, ensuring that our residents receive the best support and engagement.
