This role is a hybrid role in Beaverton, Oregon. Exceptional candidates located on the west coast will be considered and can be fully remote.

Business Analyst TMS Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Outbound Transportation Team to support transportation modernization initiatives.
• Assist in the analysis of current transportation processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
• Conduct research on Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Parcel Management Systems capabilities relevant to project goals.
• Provide analytical support to assess the impact of proposed changes and enhancements.
• Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and implementation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the testing and validation of TMS solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of team members on new TMS capabilities and processes.

Business Analyst TMS Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a business analysis or project support role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Parcel Management Systems capabilities.
• Familiarity with Project Management concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience with transportation modernization initiatives or system implementations is a plus.

Compensation : $43-$50 / hr. (DOE)
