Job Summary
Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products, service & cleanliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Able to maintain professionalism and discretion. Social media posting regarding the position, perks and clientele is forbidden.
- Flexibility in schedule according to the NFL schedule & internal needs
- Self motivated & takes initiative
- Performs inventory management, including :
- Stocking & rotating product according to the FIFO method
- Writing on community board to identify when an items expiration is approaching
- Identifying and reporting to Management items that will need to be ordered
- Taking inventory in assigned areas
- Must be knowledgeable & empathetic in regards to Food Allergies & dietary limitations
- High regard for communication and creative problem solving
- Strong work ethic & timeliness.
- Basic knowledge of computers for scheduling / paystubs, etc.
- Monitors in-house communication, confirming that signage & allergy
information is correct.
- Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be willing to cross train in other areas of service
Qualifications :
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must meet any applicable state and local health requirements for food handlers.
