The position functions include, but are not limited to, fiscal account management, contract and grant administration, fiscal and administrative report production, financial analysis, budget projections daily business operations.
Incumbent must use analysis and good judgment to develop goals and completion timetables, establish financial procedures, prioritize tasks and communicate with peers.
This position has direct interaction with faculty, visiting scholars, students, and staff working in several internal and external agencies, and central units at UC Davis.
The office location of this position is Sacramento and Davis. The day-to-day working operations of this office are performed independently by the incumbent, consulting with the Finance Manager as needed.
