Duties / Day to Day Overview Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Responsible for developing testing and deployment plans. Responsible for leading testing (tracking defects, ensure the correct technical resource is resolving the issues).
Must be comfortable with communication and presenting to Sr. Leadership. Report and escalate to management as needed. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Top Requirements (Must haves) Need a PM that is seasoned with large scale deliveries Moving / migrating On Prem data to the cloud Previous snowflake and stream sets experience is ideal Technically dangerous enough Strong coordination with a project plan absolutely necessary Agile is a methodology NOT an excuse to be free and wild Very focused on documentation Checking the box and checking it twice VERY HEAVY ON PROCESS If the process is followed as it should be there should be little to no hand holding Do it right the first time Scope Creep needs to be escalated Remove blockers Escalate Be self sufficient Additional Notes Does not come from a Finance or Healthcare background!!!
